The Coaching Process
Our coaches "meet" regularly with our clients —
in person, by phone, or using a combination of means to suit their
needs. In a typical engagement, coaching interactions might be weekly
or bi-weekly during the most intense phases of learning and transformation;
subsequent meetings might occasional when needed to maintain momentum
and refocus the client's energies.
