action plan that leverages natural abilities. We begin by defining
personal and professional goals and then construct a picture using
an array of state-of-the-art assessment tools. That picture is converted
to high definition, providing a degree of clarity about core competencies
and skill gaps that produces “aha” moments. Next, we
work with clients to develop new ways of thinking and communicating,
build compensatory strategies, and new behaviors, as necessary.
