Richard Dana Associates is a consortium of business professionals who use a customized set of cognitive, learning, personality and behavioral tools, assessment inventories, executive coaching and training to help their clients excel in today’s complex world.
The firm emerged from Richard Dana’s 25 years of experience working with executives and professionals. “Business Consulting in High Definition,” originated from an HR executive’s comment to Richard: “It’s as if you see everything and everyone in high definition.” Success is achieved by bringing key challenges into focus, and through strategic coaching and training that revolves around the Executive Learning Profile®. The Profile is both a customized assessment based on multiple dimensions that include the client’s core competencies, thinking, learning, personality, and communication style, and an action plan that aligns desired changes with desired outcomes.

Richard Dana Associates works in partnership with Jamie Jaffee, President and Founder of Jamie Jaffee Enterprises (JJE), a consulting, coaching, and advisory firm that also provides innovative business development services and solutions. Richard uses his combined behavioral science and business background to work in high definition and help executives lead their organizations to success. Jamie brings to the picture unique corporate experience as a former CEO with an entrepreneurial perspective. Steeped in business and committed to achieving measurable results, the complementary expertise of Richard Dana and Jamie Jaffee translates into exceptional performance and growth for their clients.
