RDA coaches are"trusted advisors" who serve as sounding boards, guides, and catalysts. We create a foundation of trust and help clients identify strengths and weaknesses and bring their picture into high definition. Our understanding of how our clients think and work enables us to sharpen the focus, identify overarching goals and stage a process of change. This may include building competencies, realizing a strategic vision and/or encouraging big picture thinking.
All coaching relationships are completely confidential and flexible. By creating a safe atmosphere, our individual and executive coaching clients can take risks and disclose, tuning into their gut instincts, conceptual thinking and pragmatic concerns. This leads to a deep understanding of their personal strengths and and how to achieve their overarching goals.
The Coaching Process
Our coaches "meet" regularly with our clients — in person, by phone, or using a combination of means to suit their needs. In a typical engagement, coaching interactions might be weekly or bi-weekly during the most intense phases of learning and transformation; subsequent meetings might occasional when needed to maintain momentum and refocus the client's energies.
