Team Building and Managing Change
Richard Dana facilitated two offsites for the regional and corporate
senior management teams of a global $1 billion manufacturing company.
Each offsite integrated “classroom” content and process
interventions, with outdoor Team Building activities. The program
targeted leadership development, creating high performance teams
and managing within a new organizational structure.
Positive outcomes included increased trust and teamwork, improved
communication and creative problem solving, and greater clarity
and “buy-in” regarding strategic initiatives.
