Effective Networking Skills, Part II
Developing an effective network is a daily enterprise. Every interpersonal
interaction has potential value. Being authentic, present, and "in
the moment," provides continual opportunity to broaden our
networks. Everyday events as well as organized networking opportunities
are filled with possibilities. Attentive listening and the willingness
to give time and interest create genuine contact. Becoming an advisor
to others, making referrals, and connecting people to resources
are all valuable actions that generate trust and eventually lead
to business opportunities. This workshop will uncover hidden opportunities
and attune participants to how to deepen their business and personal
networks by simply being in the "here and now."
