About Jamie Jaffee

Jamie Jaffee is a Principal of Richard Dana Associates and President of Jamie Jaffee Enterprises (JJE), a consulting, coaching and advisory firm that provides innovative business and executive development strategies and solutions to individuals at corporations, foundations and non-profit organizations.

Jamie is a seasoned CEO with a record of excellence in building and growing corporations, businesses, and non-profit organizations. Jamie is widely recognized as the strategic entrepreneur who created, built and led the Fidelity Investments Charitable Gift Fund, the first fund of its kind to be offered by a financial services company in the United States. Through her vision and leadership, the Fund grew to $2 billion in assets and is now the largest grant maker in the country with $5 billion in grants distributed nationally and abroad to nearly 90,000 non-profit organizations.

Jamie works with business executives, high net worth individuals and non-profit boards and directors in both start-up and mature environments. Clients benefit from Jamie’s dynamic business leadership, entrepreneurial perspective, relationship-building prowess and bottom line focus.

In addition to Fidelity Investments, Jamie has held executive positions at premier Boston-based institutions including Bain Consulting Group, State Street Bank and Trust Company and Massachusetts General Hospital. She is a former member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, a member of The Boston Club and has been engaged in the local cultural community by a variety of organizations including the DeCordova Museum, Fuller Craft Museum, and the Boston Lyric Opera.

Jamie’s strength as a consultant and coach builds on her command of corporate culture; sophisticated relationship-building and business development skills; and focus on the desired outcome.
