About Richard Dana Associates

Richard Dana Associates (RDA) is a consortium of professionals who provide individual coaching and organizational consulting services. We advise our clients on designing and implementing their visions, goals and desired outcomes. Establishing close working relationships based on trust, performance, reliability and accountability is the foundation of our approach.

RDA emerged from Richard Dana's 25 years of experience providing coaching services to executives and professionals. RDA was formed to serve the needs of organizations as well as individuals. Whether serving an individual through highly personalized, confidential coaching, or taking a team approach to effect change across an organization, we offer customized solutions to meet the needs of each client.

RDA works in partnership with Jamie Jaffee, President and Founder of Jamie Jaffee Enterprises (JJE), a consulting, coaching, and advisory firm that also provides innovative business development services and solutions. Richard uses his combined behavioral science and business background to help executives effectively lead their organizations to success. Jamie brings to RDA unique corporate experiences as a former CEO with an entrepreneurial perspective. Steeped in business and committed to achieving measurable results, the complementary expertise of Richard Dana and Jamie Jaffee translates into exceptional performance and growth for their clients.
